How do you inspire your customers and successfully acquire new ones? Our supporting members addressed this exciting topic at this year’s B2B network meeting. Simon Kellerhoff organised the event with his colleagues of the committee of supporting members, which transformed the IST University of Applied Sciences’ learning loft in Düsseldorf into a field of experimentation. Agility and start-up coach Jules Banning (pictured) imparted effective and easy-to-implement tips for optimising company presentations and actor Kaspar Küppers asked the participants to take part in practical voice and speech exercises. At the end of the seminar day, what they had learnt was immediately put into practice in a spontaneous group presentation for a fictitious product, which took just 15 minutes. And those who wanted to could put their camera skills to the test the very next day with a video recording and subsequent analysis in the professional TV studio at IST University. To summarise the event: a great initiative by our committee of supporting members!
