Following the departure of our previous Vice-President, Andreas Ramsauer, from the board due to his move to the catering industry, the course was set for a new appointment at the 2025 general meeting. The participants of the meeting elected the previous assessor Wolfgang Hermle from Mineraltherme Böblingen as the new Vice-President of EWA. The new Vice-President holds this position together with Harald Gabriel from GMF Gesellschaft für Entwicklung und Management von Freizeitsystemen mbH & Co. KG. Wolfgang Hermle was already Vice-President of our association from 2015 to 2018.

Wolfgang Hermle’s position on the executive board became vacant when he took on his new role as Vice-President. Jacqueline Plan from Therme Erding was elected to further rejuvenate the board. Both candidates were elected unanimously.

President Jutta Kleiber warmly thanked Wolfgang Hermle and Jacqueline Plan for taking on the honorary positions. She also thanked Andreas Ramsauer, who was unable to attend the general meeting in person and bid farewell to the members of the EWA with moving words in a video. His official farewell will take place at one of our association’s next major events.
